Receive education on how to create a plan for your family’s journey to caring for an aging loved one. (all family members who want/need to be involved are encouraged to attend!)
Process your current experience & discuss the challenges you face as a caregiver.
Explore your options for help with caregiving, as well as consider the resources and support you might have not known was available to you.
Post-strategy session, you’ll receive:
Recording for future reference and to share with additional family members as needed.
Detailed recap via email with resources and an action plan on where to start now, tasks for later, and considerations for the future.
Personal email introductions to connect your family to identified resources needed.
